62/18 Bishopwearmouth - 1864 - Declaration of Trust by Rebecca and Isabella Storey to secure an annuity in exchange for property. Sold to Joseph Henry Raines, Robert Humphrey, Coates Atkinson, Thomas Younger, Nathaniel Allan, William Bell, (all of Bishopwearmouth ) and Ralph Bell of Hartlepool.

84/42 Gateshead - 1745 - Power of Attorney given by William Lambe (Gateshead ) to Joshua Peele (of the Liberty of the Rolles, Middx) to receive monies on his behalf.  Refers to High Court case brought by Lambe against Ralph Brandling and others.
Sheet of watermarked paper, folded in 2 & written on 2 of the sides. Tear & loss of paper to folds & edge, (affecting odd letters in text, but main damage is to page with no text). 105/27 Hurworth - 1875 - Agreement between Charles Featherstone (Bank Top, Hurworth) & Alfred Backhouse (Pilmore ) re new windows overlooking property Backhouse leased from Sir William Chaytor. Refers to 1874 Indenture by which Featherstone acquired his cottage & gives details of agreement.  Sheet watermarked paper folded in 2, written on 2 sides, ink & embossed duty stamps.
