84/1 Flitwick nr Ampthill – 1953 – Printed, coloured plan on paper, of Flitwick Manor – to be sold by Knight Frank & Rutley. Stamped ‘proof only’ in top corner. Overall approx. 16″ sq – some manuscript additions & alterations. Small colour loss at some folds.  £4

54/50 Kempston – 1905 – Further Mortgage advanced to Joseph Tucker Burton Alexander (Pavenham) by William George Jarvis (Leicester) on the security of Messuages, Cottages, Farms & Lands at Kempston. Mentions original Mortgage advanced earlier in the same year. Large parchment sheet signed & sealed by J. T. Burton Alexander with slight dusting to reverse, and writing faint in places. A small piece of paper attached to the document refers to a further Mortgage, advanced by Vivian MacKay Woodhouse.  £44
